Beyond the Veil

We are a Christian women's ministry seeking to support, strengthen and encourage women; spirit, soul and body.

Beyond the Veil originated in 2014, as Naomi's Secret, a 40 day devotional for the married women in our church. Designed to improve our marriages, each of us committed to doing four things daily: recording a prayer for our husbands each morning in our journals, doing one thing to enhance the marriage, writing one good thing about him at night before bed and reading a daily devotional posted on the Naomi's Secret Facebook page.  

 

In June 2015, we opened Naomi's Secret to friends and family on Facebook and found a community of loving and supportive women who could identify with one another from unique perspectives. It became clear that there was a desire to be encouraged, supported and strengthened through regular devotionals and discussions.  As a result of the positive feedback of this wonderful and dynamic group of women and through the leading of the Lord, this site was created and the ministry launched.
